Superman's 75 Birthday

2013 is the 75th anniversary of the iconic comic figure Superman, who first appeared in 1938.

            Several activities are being planned to celebrate this event, we are going to mention some of them:

• Artist Jim Lee and writer Scott Snyder are launching a new Superman title in 2013. The name of the book hasn’t been decided yet.
• The writer Brad Ricca has a Superman book coming out this  year, it’s called Super Boys.
• The 31^st Salón del Cómic in Barcelona (11^th-14^th April) will have a special exhibition with illustrations from Joe Schuster and Jerry Siegel (Superman’s creators)
• A Warner Bros film called Man of Steel will be released on the 14^th June.
